How it will work
- Upload your bills (PDFs or photos; cover account numbers if you like), photos of your furnace, AC and water heater labels, and a 10-minute questionnaire about your home.
- An energy analyst reviews it. We separate heating, cooling and base load from your bills, look at your equipment's age and efficiency, and check rebates for your ZIP code.
- Get your written plan by email within 5 business days: the steps in order of value, rough costs and savings ranges, what to DIY and what to hire out.

We don't sell equipment, solar or financing, and we never pass your details to contractors or utilities.

Uploads are stored securely, used only for your report and deleted after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
What a report is, and isn't
An Efficiency Report is a desk review based on your bills, photos and answers. It isn't an on-site energy audit with a blower door test, and savings figures are estimates, not guarantees. Where an on-site audit would help, the report will say so, and point to any free or low-cost utility programs near you.

Do I need 12 months of bills?
Twelve months gives the best picture of heating and cooling. Most utilities let you download them from your online account.
What if it's not useful?

Will anyone try to sell me solar?
No. We don't sell anything except the report, and we never share your information.
