Refund Policy

This policy covers the Efficiency Report, once available. Guides, the calculator, the DIY Energy Audit Workbook, accounts and the newsletter are free, so there is nothing to refund.

If we can't prepare it, you don't pay

If the bills you upload don't give us enough to work with, we'll tell you what's missing. If you can't provide it, we'll refund you in full.

Late reports

If your report arrives later than the time we promised, you can ask for a full refund and still keep the report.

Not satisfied

If the report isn't useful, email hello@efficienthomehelp.com within 30 days of delivery with the email address you ordered with, and we'll refund it. You don't need to give a reason.

Billing mistakes and how refunds are paid

If you were charged incorrectly, we'll fix it, no matter how long ago it happened. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
